Love Factory LLC ("we," "us") operates LoveFactoryToys.com (the "Site"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about visitors, wholesale applicants, and account holders.

Information you provide: application details (company name, contact name, email, phone, website, business address, business type, tax ID/EIN, resale certificate, estimated purchase volume, and any notes you share); account and order details (login email, shipping and billing addresses, order history, PO numbers, and order notes); and messages you send us through our contact form or by email.
Payment information: card payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Collected automatically: device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, and cookies or similar technologies, including a cookie or local storage entry that records your age-confirmation choice.
3. How we use information
We use information to review and verify wholesale applications and resale eligibility; create and manage your account and process, ship, and support your orders; calculate and document sales tax and tax exemptions; communicate with you about your account, orders, and (with consent where required) new products; secure the Site, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations; and improve the Site and our services.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that operate the Site and store, including our website platform (Wix), our e-commerce platform (Ecwid by Lightspeed), our payment processor, shipping carriers, email providers, and analytics tools, which use it only to provide services to us; with authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights; and with successors, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Discretion
We understand the nature of our category. We do not publicize our retail partners, and we keep account communications professional and discreet.

We keep application, account, and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. We keep declined applications only as long as reasonably necessary and then delete them.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Access to resale certificates and tax IDs is limited to authorized staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of marketing emails, by contacting hello@LoveFactoryToys.com. We may need to keep certain records to meet legal and tax requirements.
10. Children
The Site is intended only for adults 18 and older, and for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. U.S. only
The Site is intended for U.S. businesses, and information is processed in the United States.
